Attend EventMeet Managing Partner, Attorney Stacey Walters
Originally from Hillsborough, North Carolina, Managing Attorney Stacey Walters has spent her entire life helping others. From Girl Scouts to a myriad of volunteer and service positions, advocating for others has always been a passion. After graduating Magnum Cum Laude from Elon and serving as Law Review Assistant Editor at WMU Thomas M. Cooley Law School, that spirit of service continued. In 2008 Stacey was blessed with a daughter, Shayla, three years after their son, Evan’s, birth.
Shayla was born with a heart defect and when she was five months old her heart stopped unexpectedly, causing brain damage and leaving her disabled and medically fragile. This served as a calling for Stacey to focus her practice on protecting and preparing families for the unexpected life events and end-of-life issues: Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Probate. While Stacey has come a long way from the Girl Scouts in Hillsborough, the mission remains the same — she cares about helping others and serving families so they have peace of mind no matter what happens in this uncertain world.

Client Testimonial
“We had the good fortune of meeting Stacey Walters a few months ago at one of her presentations in Cary. We were so impressed with her ability to answer all of our questions and concerns. She is now in the process of drafting our Will & Trust. Meeting with her a second and third time has made the process a pleasure. Thanks again, Stacey.”
